Locations Block

The Locations block (a section on your character sheet) links characters to specific places in your story world. Track hometowns, workplaces, hideouts, or any location associated with a character. Each location displays with a custom icon and location type.

You can add and configure the Locations block in Settings > Character Sheet Setup. Create and manage all locations in the Locations page. For more details, see the Locations help article.

Adding Locations to Characters

To assign locations to a character in Edit Mode (the pencil toggle that lets you make changes, as opposed to View Mode):

• 1. Click "Add Location" - a search box appears
• 2. Search and select a location - Type to search existing locations by name
• 3. Location is assigned - Selecting a location immediately assigns it to this character

If the location you need doesn't exist yet, select "Create New Location..." from the dropdown to create one without leaving the character page.

Removing Locations

To unassign a location (without deleting it), hover over it in Edit Mode and click the trash icon on the right side. This only removes the association — the location itself stays in your book and can be reassigned at any time.

Manage locations in Locations. You can only have one Locations section per character sheet.
